I think the best way to do that is to add the C++ code to sandstorm-http-bridge.c++ and tell people, 'Go run system("/sandstorm-http-bridge /var/www") or whatever, in your language, or get some Cap'n Proto bindings if you prefer'

Adding it to sandstorm-http-bridge.c++ seems to satisfy me, and Kenton, and everyone else, but I haven't had a specific good moment in which to do so yet.

yep. contactotter.com is the "canonical" implementation of Contact Otter. The goal is to have feature parity as much as can be acheived with Sandstorm, but contactotter.com is the one I use.
