<sb0> the kc705 does (via jumpers) but as far as I know, "analog" SFPs ignore those signals
<sb0> they're only for those SFPs that recover the digital data and do some fancy modulation

<sb0> ah, some SFPs also do retiming to improve signal quality, and are affected by that. but those would be unsuitable anyway...
<sb0> yes, that was a new cargo issue. going back to 0.15 instead of git fixed it.
