Hello, with IPFS, can it work in a "multi master" way?
<voker57>
franks2: what does this mean?
mauz555 has joined #ipfs
<franks2>
voker57: like two servers writing to IPFS at the same time. To the same directory
mauz555 has quit [Ping timeout: 250 seconds]
<voker57>
franks2: IPFS directories are immutable, so if you write to one it essentially becomes a different directory. However, two servers can have access to same IPNS key, and update it to point to updated directory.

voker57: Yes, what happens if two have the same key and writes? will it get synced?

r0kk3rz: IO performance
leeola has joined #ipfs
<r0kk3rz>
that doesnt really make sense to benchmark with ipfs
<franks2>
Not even if you use the fuse implementation?
<r0kk3rz>
not really, you mean local files or remote files?
<r0kk3rz>
generally ipfs is remote io bound
