<wolfspraul> awake yes, but too late for Fusin :-)
<rjeffries> I am awake but just barel
<tuxbrain_away> Dear all as I have suggested to Jlime guys, It woul be awesemos if we can have an "especial" realease for Fosdem to show up, I don't think I will have any time more than flash and go. There has been a lot movement on Openwrt with a lot of new packages and fixes and sure your NN  has more than a "vanilla" distro. I would love to have an state of the art image to show on Fosdem. Hope you can help out there
<wolfspraul> tuxbrain_away: xiangfu is always working on a new image :-)
<wolfspraul> but I doubt we have another one before he returns from chinese new year, which is after fosdem
<B_Lizzard> larsc, on that matter, could you point me toward the usb-net patch for 2.6.36?
<B_Lizzard> I think I'd add support seeing as it's a commonly requested feature
<tuxbrain_away> I know but someone else can do an quick&dirty non official one to show things
<tuxbrain_away> ?
<wolfspraul> that would be very buggy
<wolfspraul> I am building images once in a while, but the only way I get things done is to kick out every package that fails, which last time was maybe 5-10.
<wolfspraul> 12-14 is the latest and best openwrt image
<tuxbrain_away> well then script to costumize a 14-12 to be (even) more spectacular?
<tuxbrain_away> you know installing packages , icons and any pimping  etc
<tuxbrain_away> whatever help will be appreciated
<tuxbrain_away> when I got time I will resucitate the FDOM spirit , this will be called FDOwrt or something like that
<tuxbrain_away> but man, I'm really upset, I have to deal with the arduino shortage, prepare some SDG devices , short out some A4 banners + flyers+stickers, and of couses prepare the NN and MM , for fosdem. + Finish a business plan presentation for monday for the investor program + puting some blog post on the trip to fosdem + lastest news  on Tuxbrain + add SDG, Posiflex, and others products to catalog..... aaaaah!
<tuxbrain_away> so any help will be really apreciated :)
<B_Lizzard> I'll send you a complete ubi image of muffinman you can play with and tell me what you want
<tuxbrain_away> You see wolfspraul? B_Lizzard that is the kind of reply that make me smile :)
<B_Lizzard> You'll have to pay me 50$
<tuxbrain_away> and that is the kind of reply that makes me cry ...
<B_Lizzard> Oops, sorry
<B_Lizzard> 5 BILLION DOLLARS
<tuxbrain_away> he

<B_Lizzard> Does anyone know where the usb-net patch is?
<B_Lizzard> Ugh
<wolfspraul> nope
<wolfspraul> B_Lizzard: I don't even know what it's for.
<wolfspraul> usb ethernet?
<B_Lizzard> Yeah
<B_Lizzard> larsc knows
<B_Lizzard> He's told me countless times but I can't remember
<B_Lizzard> Oh crap, I think I passed that one over
<B_Lizzard> Sorry for the trouble
<wolfspraul> B_Lizzard: you can try searching the irclogs, it works quite well
<B_Lizzard> Hey, thanks
<wolfspraul> well, I just tried and cannot quickly find it :-)
<wolfspraul> anyway you got it now...
<kristianpaul> he, there is a search box there..

<rjeffries> How does http://sharism.org relate to http://sharism.cc [puzzled]
<urandom__> wait sharism.org is sponsored by google?
<kristianpaul> rjeffries: Sharism at work<- sharism.cc , just that i guess
<urandom__> i really dont understand what those sharism.org guys are up to
<kristianpaul> because _sharism_ it self?
<urandom__> ?
<rjeffries> Jon Phillips is behind sharism. at one time he was advising/working with Wolf, but does noot seem to be active here and now.
<rjeffries> IMO sharism.org is very different than Sharism at Work Ltd. with domain of http://sharism.cc
<rjeffries> kristianpaul where are you in terms of geography? Europe?
<urandom__> the more i read on sharism.org the less i understand. do they try to reinvent socialism or is it just some fancy social network concept?
<urandom__> sad that Jon Phillips isnt here, so i cant ask
<lekernel> urandom__: I asked him and one of his friends a couple of times and didn't actually understand any better... :p
<urandom__> i wonder how they got google and mozilla sponsoring them
<urandom__> maybe its part of the secret world domination plans of google, "google bank" or so
<kristianpaul> rjeffries: south america
<kristianpaul> sharism/share/ just keep sharing
<kristianpaul> urandom__: re-invent or just re-name some not very wellcome words for our current society
<kristianpaul> is now what history tell us? (re-name) :)
<lekernel> urandom__: google sponsors a lot of crap
<kristianpaul> including gsocs ;-)
<kristianpaul> wich is nice !
<lekernel> in hindsight I don't find gsoc was that nice
<urandom__> how do i get my plan for world domination sponsored by google?
<kristianpaul> well, they pay people for supporting some floss projects...
<kristianpaul> surelley i hava  dark side that i dont know
<kristianpaul> s/i/it
<urandom__> google is good at using free software for making profit
<kristianpaul> urandom__: is not capitalism, is not comunism, but wondery it dint mention nothing about socialism
<kristianpaul> any way..
<urandom__> like the zeitgeist guys who also try to reinvent communism, fucking waste of time, they should learn from history and use whats already there
<urandom__> just because there is still anti-communist paranoia in the USA is not a valid reason for making up new terms
<lekernel> oh, zeitgeist has tons of problems :)
<kristianpaul> urandom__: indeed
<Jay7> yet another boot splash
<lekernel> I just saw their leader talking about a car that has a pendulum (yeah, wtf) so it would nicely stop on the side of the road if you drive it while being drunk
<lekernel> or explaining that doing away with capitalism would magically solve all conflict of interests
<lekernel> oh my...
<lekernel> they have a (very) few interesting ideas though. like house-building robots
<urandom__> i really hope the revolts (or maybe revolutions) in egypt and tunesia wont be fucked up by islam fuckheads
<rjeffries> is wolf here?
<rjeffries> <kristianpaul> rjeffries: south america //I'm trying to figure time zones for the interesting people here
<Jay7> rjeffries: hard task :)
<urandom__> (if i might do some political propaganda): the only real alternative to capitalism http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5U4e6ALxOhk
<rjeffries> hello Wolf
<rjeffries> what is local time? Already Monday I assume.
