happy to pre-announce devuan will build a version for maemo5, so after debian went systemd and thus orphaned downstream distros like maemo that can't work with systemd, we now have a future again in upstream

no, because maemo has conflicting owm usage scenarios for some of the resources like cgroups etc

so even if somebody would consider moving from upstart used in maemo to systemd (I hardly could imagine anybody would be willing to try) then it still is almost unfeasible because of then conflicts that systemd's feature creep introduces
