Ok guys, I've tried everything. I'm using the latest CM10.1 Nightly here. I need to access the SIM Card Menu aka SIM Toolkit. I just want to know if it is possible or not. I have the Stk.apk file in place at /system/app but it doesn't show up in the list of applications, and it is not hidden. Any clues?

Sure, just extract the boot.img from the tar file and flash with Heimdall.

Just upgrade CM. It'll come with a newer kernel with a new CWM.

i'm experimenting with cwm and now i want to flash my own cwm on a i9100. it seems that this a little big complicated. simply running heimdall doesn't work, there is always the old recovery image. how can i build the image and flash it to disk?
