It is a proof of concept of course, but might be a neat way to share migen code/facilitate reuse. IMO publishing python packages for each migen design isn't all that appropriate. Most migen packages tend to be "composite" repositories of cores tuned to a specific purpose. Namely misoc, litex, HDMI2USB.
