<longsleep> susan33: go faster than what? Raw CPU speed depends mostly on heat dissipation on modern ARM CPUs and mostly depend on CPU speed and number of cores
<lvrp16> A53 does not perform as well as A15 in most scenarios. A15 is OoO chip and A53 is in order.

<longsleep> susan33: yes, it will not even be usable until some serious development has been done on the display side, you need OpenGL ES or at least accellerated X11 with mali (which somewhat works with fbturbo drivers).

<susan33> longsleep, i've dropped mmcblkp2 and created a new one in ext4 and untar my rootfs including a sbin/init ; however the system boots, but never goes into my init, it doesn't crash, i've just a console and see when i plug/unplug things. my guess is that it doesn't go in my init.
