Where IPFS is being run isn't anonymous, but if you managed to get the content distributed from it to multiple other users, I think getting the content removed would be impossible which is probably important to you?

JayWelsh[m]: The one key thing an anonymous leaker needs to be able to do is publish a document *without* reputation, unless you have an unlinkable reputation system. Total randoms uploading and distributing files is kind of a nightmare.
