are any of the mods on the ipfs subreddit around? There's been a couple spam posts on the subreddit the last few days, and it doesn't look like there's much moderation on the subreddit itself. It can get unruly pretty quickly, a lot of other subreddits end up tanking with spam. It might be a good idea to have some sort of like community moderation system (doens't necessarily need to be the IPFS developers since ya'll are

busy doing some really cool shit), with guidelines or whatever to reduce spam, and bam/remove posts from spammers. As IPFS grows larger and more popular this could become a decent issue.

A good example is https://www.reddit.com/r/ethdev/, there was a period where there wasn't much moderation, and the subreddit was just polluted with people advertising their ICOs, affiliate links, etc... I'm stupid, so I can only imagine it 1) separates content in blocks, hashes these and stores hashes in a local database and blocks on /blocks. 2) connects to other nodes. 3) whenever you want to fetch something it asks other nodes if they have that hash, if they do, connect to them and download it.
