22:27 <BenLubar> I'm trying to write a FUSE wrapper that doesn't have awful performance and the repeated GetAttr calls on the root filesystem node are making it unbearably slow

22:28 <aschmahmann[m]> I don't know if there's an API that helps with that, but if you mount the file system there are tools that can help (e.g. inotify and its equivalents)
