Hey, I'm having some issues with IPFS on Nixos, in particular I'm getting an error "Error: open /var/lib/ipfs/datastore_spec: permission denied" when starting IPFS, after which it immediately fails with 'exit-code'.

If I run IPFS from the terminal with "sudo ipfs daemon" it appears to work. This could indicate that the default settings on Nixos are wrong.

Hi All, I have recently been experiencing issues with (I believe) the ipfs daemon and am wondering if anyone else here might have a solution. The issue is the following: I'm running an ipfs daemon from behind a nat router on an xfinity cable modem. Every ten minutes or so, however, the internet connection stalls for about 1 minute. This behavior occurs only when the ipfs daemon is running.
