cause it would be greaty for that with android on it, get bubblepnp and mxplayer + neon1.7.32.zip ac3 patch and you can do full 1080p60 pretty nice with that CPU

The android drivers have been much more developed than the ones on mainline linux per my knowledge and you will have to manually compile and build up cedar your self I believe
