<inode>
does anyone have a copy of the RK3229 TRM?
<mmind00>
inode: what do you need from there?
<inode>
i want to find out more information about the hdmi phy
<mmind00>
inode: the Innosilicon block ... which in turn means that the TRM doesn't list that at all ... aka rk3229 trm only has a 1-page overview and a reference to the Innosilicon-specific document
<mmind00>
(aka they're also not allowed to share that)
<inode>
ok
<mmind00>
inode: but it may be that I messed something up when mainlining that - the Innosilicon phy is used on both rk3229 and rk3328 and I only was able to test the rk3328 variant
<mmind00>
inode: so while I was reasonably sure it might work ... you might want to take a look at the vendor kernel again
<inode>
i'll try cargoculting the vendor's driver into the mainline and see if i get anything different
