hrm. was hoping the updates to u-boot 2018.01-rc2 would work with u-boot SPL on the firefly-rk3399 ... but it's not finding ATF

vagrantc: I've not tested this version but I've tested mainline uboot (02907004294d9) on sapphire and it was not working out of the box. needed some reverts. mainline ATF needed some changes too

i gave up on eMMC as shorting eMMC was rather difficult on this board

there's a "maskrom" button on sapphire. this makes things easy

yeah, I've reverted it. I've modified the script generating the atf to add os = "U-Boot"; and os = "arm-trusted-firmware"; to the its (see puma_rk3399/fit_spl_atf.its) but then ATF complained about the extra parameter

rtp: yeah, i was optimistic about using upstream ATF and packaging it for debian with at least this one platform, but since i haven't gotten it working yet ... i don't know if there's some other issue
