<jas-hacks_>
hste: slow progress, the new viv drivers don't seem to be playing ball with xorg 13.1, I can get only get glxgears and es2gears to run. Everything hangs the xserver.
<jas-hacks_>
Everything else hangs the xserver
<hste>
I thought it was ok in yocto
<jas-hacks_>
That is with the 3.5 kernel
<hste>
but isnt the galcore ported back so it should be the same?
<hste>
so if you make a yocto rootfs with xorg for 3.5 it will not run xorg on 4.1.0?
<jas-hacks_>
hste: If you make a yocto rootfs can we test :)
<hste>
:)
<hste>
I have some problems with ethernet on the xbmc rootfs. One old dongle works ok. Another one works but have some problems with packet errors.

otavio: should gk802 as machineid work on yocto 1.5 dora?
<otavio>
hste: what do you mean?
<hste>
otavio: I tried bitbake 1.5 and it fails on the uboot package
<otavio>
hste: it is ok in yocto
<otavio>
hste: oh really? which error?
<hste>
otavio: /lib/arm-poky-linux-gnueabi/4.8.1/libgcc.a(bpabi.o) uses VFP register arguments, u-boot does not
<otavio>
hste: oh; this is wrong toolchain settings
<hste>
otavio: had also this problem when init repo: error: could not verify the tag 'v1.12.4'
akaizen has quit [Remote host closed the connection]
<otavio>
hste: this tag problem seem to be because readme need update for new repo download side
<otavio>
hste: the toolchain problem needs to be check; it should have been fixed in u-boot as it works for all other mx6 boards
<hste>
otavio: is it 4.1.0 that is default when choosing dora?
