I'm trying to get something working in ruby 2.2.2 but my understanding of ruby and it's environment stuff is near to none

I'm trying to use mod_passenger with apache, and it's complaining about bundle/setup, I installed ruby through rvm and when I created the apache config I put the path to the ruby in the rvm
