can you set text tags to views? or is it just numbers?
<
yyp>
pkill9: that depends on your bar
<
yyp>
I beleive in waybar you can set labels
<
pkill9>
so you can't set it internally

Hello, I've a question. zig-wayland always gets the namespace of pointer-gestures-unstable-v1.xml to be zpointer instead of zwp. Any ideas?
<
ifreund>
maringuu: hey, you probably just need to bump river's version of zig-wayland
<
ifreund>
I've fixed that bug on master
<
ifreund>
(just cd into the submodule and git pull
<
maringuu>
Thanks! That was it
<
ifreund>
no problem!
<
ifreund>
maringuu: do I need a touchscreen to test the gestures?
<
maringuu>
No. The gestures are only for trackpads
<
ifreund>
ah, that makes more sense now
<
ifreund>
should be able to test on my laptop shortly then
<
ifreund>
maringuu: you seem to be missing the necessary zig-wlroots bump in your river PR
<
ifreund>
wait, spoke too soon I just refreshed :D
<
maringuu>
Done just now. I wasnt sure how to do this without it beeing merged first
<
ifreund>
you can't really :/

is it possible to get a list of all tags?
<
pkill9>
in short, I want to make alt-tab switch between showing tags that have windoww bound to them
<
pkill9>
basically switch between active workspaces, which currnetly I'm using tags for
<
pkill9>
then again I may make it switch between empty workspaces too
<
pkill9>
ooo with the single-window mode, it's like emacs buffers
