cfbolz changed the topic of #pypy to: PyPy, the flexible snake (IRC logs: https://quodlibet.duckdns.org/irc/pypy/latest.log.html#irc-end ) | use cffi for calling C | if a pep adds a mere 25-30 [C-API] functions or so, it's a drop in the ocean (cough) - Armin

<antocuni> ok, I am confused by heptapod/mercurial/topics again. How can I ask heptapod to show me all the commits of the "hpy-update-vendored" branch?
<antocuni> if I go to the "commits" page and try to change the branch, I can't find a branch named "hpy-update-vendored"; there is a topic called "hpy-update-vendored/hpy-update-vendored-fixes"
<antocuni> however, this contains only the commits up to fe0f8b05; all the subsequent ones (e.g. c2750e487506) are not shown
<antocuni> uh? The commit is not there even if I manually write the url 😱 https://foss.heptapod.net/pypy/pypy/-/commit/c2750e48

<arigato> antocuni: I think the url's commit hash needs to be the internal one from git, not the one you see with hg
<mattip> the branch was merged
<mattip> you are seeing a topic branch off the original topic branch that was never merged, so it is a head
<mattip> I think since hpy-udpate-vendored was closed before merging, heptapod will no longer show it
<mattip> here is the last commit before the merge
<mattip> which, indeed, uses the git hash not the hg one
