Hrm, after having built ponyc master from github for debian(armhf) and then compiling helloworld, on execution of hellworld, I get 'Illegal instruction' on what looks like stderr, any ideas on why?

candle: are you running debian virtualized or native?

jonas-l: do a debug build of the compiler. then do `lldb ponyc`. once in lldb, type `run` which will start it off. it will crash. type `bt` to get a backtrace. open an issue.

can you do `ponyc -d` when you build your app Candle. That will remove some optimizations that llvm does. Its a good way to narrow things down.
