is there a way to check opam flags? I tried installing amqp-client and despite it being set to conflict with async {>= "v0.10"} it still installs async v0.10.0 and fails afterward

it's the part "their is a conflict with async >= v0.10 yet it still installs it" that was weird to me

rks`: I think it was broken, then the fix was merged between me noticing the build is broken and me cloning opam-repository to add the constraint but already seeing the fixed version and being confused.
