<SleepyMario>
hello, i'm using Gentoo on a Tinkerboard and was wondering about the CFLAGS. Currently they're set to CFLAGS="-O2 -pipe -march=armv7-a -mfpu=vfpv3-d16 -mfloat-abi=hard"
<SleepyMario>
is this correct? (especially the -mfpu part)

ayaka: yes that's what i was wondering...is vfpv4 'better' in any way?
<ayaka>
SleepyMario, you won't get any benefit at most of case, but it supports it why not
<SleepyMario>
ayaka: all right, thanks for the info
<phh>
SleepyMario: well vfpv3-d16 => vpfv3 should be a use advantage
<phh>
dunno about vpfv3 => vfpv4
