I trieg to set vdd_arm to 1,0V shortly before reset. Though that is not the way to go it worked. The right way seems to be to disable cpufreq and lock the frequency so the voltage is 1.0V

not always because if the frequency is 1,6GHz at the time of setting vdd_arm to 1.0V it crashes before power cycle. When I first set the power cycle bit and then the voltage that works because there are 8ms between setting the register and the actual power cycle

It doesn't work always. Sometimes there is a crash so maybe that is a timing problem

mmind00: interesting… the voltage after reboot is 1,35V but there is no kernel panic even after multiple reboots. it also fixes the kernel bug that happend when running "memtester 1800"

I don't understand what happened at rockchip_secondary_startup, but if L1 cache is not invalidated properly, random crash after reboot is reasonable
