06:38 <zenmetsu> no :( funny story on that. I'd get broken text on xfce4 panel, and gtk windows, as well as kde... and when i tried to start kwin_gles, the screen would stop updating until i did CTRL-C to kill kwin_gles and fall back to x11 without a wm

06:39 <zenmetsu> but es2_info and es2gears worked just fine. i thought it was an issue with my gentoo build, so i did a ubuntu install with the 3.8.11 driver, and everything worked as expected. when i booted sjoerd's kernel, i had the exact same problems in ubuntu

08:18 <zenmetsu> they both work fine in the chromeos 3.8.11 kernel. they both work in your kernel, but es2_info segfaults on exit, but otherwise works fine with the arm blob. chromeos blob doesn't trigger segfault on es2_info
