<csuwildcat>
@lgierth we're doing something more along the lines of creating a chain-anchored DPKI system using IPFS as the DID Document delta storage layer (DID spec: https://w3c-ccg.github.io/did-spec/)
<csuwildcat>
We have this initiative in-flight, and would like to engage the teams to ensure we use IPFS in the best way possible
<csuwildcat>
Given the high amount of visibility the project will receive, and subsequently, IPFS, we felt it best to collaborate with the teams directly.

(this is a MSFT official initiative, for context)

when I run `ipfs cat /ipfs/QmS4ustL54uo8FzR9455qaxZwuMiUhyvMcX9Ba8nUH4uVv/readme` without `ipfs daemon` running, it works. where is the file coming from? the public gateway?
<lgierth>
jamiew: cached in the local repo
<lgierth>
