<Nitty-Gritty>
Hi, I hope someone can help, I'm trying to use "bundle install" but was getting a 'dependency error' followed by "stack level to deep", now after running "gem install bundler" I'm getting 'fork' errors and "stack level too deep".

Sorry if this is vague. I'm trying to install the gems necessary for a drupal theme development environment, and am way over my head.

The guide (https://drupal.org/node/2138087) that I am following suggest problems at this stage are likely due to a "cygwin/ruby issue". The fix they suggest is to run "peflags -X409600 `which ruby`" but this give me a "which ruby: skipped because nonexistent" error.

I tried the cygwin mailing list a couple of days ago but have had no response. Is this issue just likely to be in the "too hard" basket for receiving help? Or is there anything I can try to get through this?
