ive tried four different images now (stock android, xbmc andoid, debian, buildroot test) on both of my cubieboards and i cant get hte wired ethernet to work in any of them

i have a green and orange light on the jack

but it says "not found" or "disabled" or just plain ole dont work

tried setting a MAC address, or just a static IP...

any tips or tricks?

It's possible but not plausible that the driver isn't in the kernel, but I do doubt that. Have you tried using one of rm's kernels? Works just fine with an Arch rootfs and rm's 3.0 kernel config (I compiled my own because I needed another driver) http://romanrm.ru/en/a10/kernel

i had bad experiences too with 2 fake 32gb cards via aliexpress, it´s still an open thing but aliexpress doesn´t do anything

if your kernel has the gpio driver enabled, and your script.bin is configured to export them, you'll have them on /sys. but don't know if android mounts it
