Good afternoon. Following on the heels of Erik's blog article is an article that I wrote for InfoQ that describes the Random Slicing consistent hashing algorithm. In the next few weeks, Random Slicing will be integrated with Wallaroo to create a foundation for very fine grained load balancing control over dynamic key worker placement.
