at that point, you'll want to
_see_ what the problem is ;-)
<
wpwrak>
besides, you've already done all the nasty work
<
DocScrutinizer05>
my concerns about disassembly: Torx-screws (no problem for you and me, but...), and proper watertight reassembly
<
DocScrutinizer05>
it's pretty easy to fail on the latter part
<
DocScrutinizer05>
and you'll only notice when the leakage sensor triggers
<
wpwrak>
okay, you can avoid that t15. dunno about watertight.it's probably fairly tolerant anyway. i mean, a few drops won't be a problem
<
DocScrutinizer05>
actually I fail to spot any rubber ring or whatever that seals the pump. How keeps it tight?
<
wpwrak>
don't remember. magic ? :)
<
DocScrutinizer05>
or what is this black disk?
<
wpwrak>
could be that this is the seal, yes
<
wpwrak>
but not sure
<
DocScrutinizer05>
then it's prolly pretty safe to reassemble
<
wpwrak>
yeah , those things aren't exactly smartphones ;-)
<
DocScrutinizer05>
nah, way cheaper and crappier ;-)
<
DocScrutinizer05>
actually yours is pretty nice, regarding service
<
DocScrutinizer05>
I've seen cars where the sparkplugs were more complicated to change
<
wpwrak>
those cars ... tesla ? :)
