I finished with RTC with unsatisfactory results. According to A64 datasheet: RTC has internal LDO (RTC-VIO) which powers GP_DATA_REG and other circuits while powered off. I guess the power draw (50 uA) is caused by this LDO but didn't find a way how to turn it off. I wonder if anybody achieved better results with internal LDO.
