macc24: in fact only the PHY was built as a module (well, and regulators, which delayed initialization some more). After turning them into builtins it does indeed work - but rolling back to check what caused things to work, I'm now seeing it working with the initial as-modules configuration (except once, on one port the devices plugged at boot required a replug to get seen). I'm more confused now, it seems :D

Hmm anyone ever run into workqueue lockup on rk3288? I noticed dbs_work_handler seems to be always in flight when I get this bug, and indeed disabling cpufreq seems to make the problem go away
