when set , polarity bits makes a difference

1, reg not reset or random values after resetbutton ,2 polarity not seen after writing

vop_dsp_ctrl1 seems stuck at 0x400 or 0xe400, with the exception from when using bits as from running linux,,, but that gave me a bunch of pixels

the last problem , is because of checking before 0x1 to confirm :)

fALSO: I mean, wayland works pretty darned well. Just not all applications work well with it natively. For instance, intellij idea is almost entirely unusable with sway
