via: the lid is implemented as just regular "lid-key", so your user-interface is responsible for doing anything on a lid-close event

as i see. in any kernel higher than 3.0 and 3.10 - full dts tree for 3066(a) included, but dts tree for 3188 not included. only crop version for radxarock

mmind00: yeah, but the event to acpid just seems to carry an ...event. no 'its closed now' status or anything. best i can do is toggle the backlight i think
