i am trying to install it through the cw recovery i am getting this weird error assert failed and a lot of info behind it

s3user: i've been puzzling this out for 4 hours, let me walk you through it.
<laen>
s3user: Once you have the kernel flashed, boot into that recovery. Then, try to flash the cm-10. That will fail. Now, reboot. It will start the correct recovery with the gray background.

s3user: Now you can flash cm-10, and possibly gapps, but once you're done flashing, do a factory reset/data wipe before rebooting the device to boot the new CM-10 image.
