fche: how does Fedora/RH handle the fact that python build makes use of dtrace, and systemtap requires python

hm, not sure off the top of my head

normal distro bootstrap procedures may apply, where as a first cut, -any- preexisting build of the sys/sdt.h headers may be good enough

or a version of python is first built without sdt support

then once stap is built and put into the buildroot, then its sys/sdt.h is available for a python rebuild
