<fche> normal distro bootstrap procedures may apply, where as a first cut, -any- preexisting build of the sys/sdt.h headers may be good enough
<fche> or a version of python is first built without sdt support
<fche> then once stap is built and put into the buildroot, then its sys/sdt.h is available for a python rebuild
