<jaggz>
how do you fix a point to somewhere in 3space?
<jaggz>
(I can coincident-it to the point at 0,0,0)
<jaggz>
I love "nearest ortho view"

jaggz: you can use the Constrain → Lock Point Where Dragged
<whitequark>
or ]
<jaggz>
whitequark, ooh.. didn't even notice the menu there. good to know not all the options are represented in the toolbar.
<jaggz>
whitequark, I'd leave it as is, but I wonder if, in the future, a toolbar pullout (like the thin button thing with >>) would be useful, for "more tools if you expand this button"
<jaggz>
in any case, excellent. thanks :)

is perfectly happy with rare'er options being in menus and not represented in quick-access toolbars
