hi, althought a Vulkan backend would be a bit too much, Apple has the MetalKit API for common GPU computations; I'd also like to see about using some ML to solve problems. I'll see if I can get an aquantence on mine who's currently doing their PhD on ML to comment.
<Nageki>
also, i'd like to get into more bare-metal stuff, so I might implement a Vulkan backend, idk
<Nageki>
since Objective C++ is abandoned by apple, is there any swift support?
<Nageki>
i'd have to use a wrapper;
<Nageki>
(sorry, I'm brainstorming)
<Nageki>
also, adhd, ocd, asd, you know the deal
<Nageki>
ML in Swift (i should prioritize getting the actual app working first,) and OpenGL in ObjC++
<Nageki>
yeah, that,

<broekngirl>
turns out you can just tell the app to use opengl,
<broekngirl>
if i stop responding i collapsed
<broekngirl>
im soryr
<broekngirl>
if i do the metal backend can i get some money; i want to undo my damage, if that's not too much to ask.
<broekngirl>
becasue apple replaced a open source api with a platform speicifi oalbiet open source api with a paid oleadp leap , so id like to do some simple compiler stuff and make it free,
<broekngirl>
or maybe the cutest compiler in the world can do that, but she might need a mac
<broekngirl>
i can send her my old one, tho
<broekngirl>
its ohnesytl good for apple, beacuse sthey make really good apis, thats when i statred learning, but then the trauma starts, so i lost interest in everything
