23:21 <kentonv> yeah, after a debian update it seems that my input devices go to sleep after ~5 seconds of inactivity and then must be woken up by pressing a button (with the corresponding event never being delivered)

23:21 <kentonv> mouse movement doesn't "wake" it, only clicks, so it's like the mouse is broken until I click

23:22 <kentonv> used ctrl+alt+F1 to get to a raw virtual console and it happens there too
