I cleared my cache (gem sources -c) as well as updated it (-u)

Hi, I'm trying to debug an error I'm getting when running `gem update --system`. I keep getting a `Invalid spec cache file in /root/.gem/specs/api.rubygems.org%443/specs.4.8` error

BAMbanda: the only thing I can suggest is `gem sources -c` to clear your cache
