<smaeul> one way to debug a failure to jump to U-Boot from SPL is to add a hexdump (hexdump.h, CONFIG_HEXDUMP) of where you expect U-Boot to be in DRAM, right before the jump, and compare that to a hexdump of the u-boot.img file
