<Suniel> Hi all
<Suniel> I am working on ROC-RK3399-PC target based on Rockchip RK3399 SOC
<Suniel> I am facing two problems as of now:
<Suniel> 1. The board doesn't reboot, once reboot command is issued, it powers itself off
kevery1 has joined #linux-rockchip
<Suniel> The target has three USB ports and one of them namely HOST2 doesnt work(tested on firefly-kernel, linux-rockchip, linux-next)
<Suniel> any pointers/help would be appreciated. Thanks

<dhivael> mrjay: will do later, thanks for the link. is that from upstream?
<mrjay> dhivael: nope ... i had a luck
<dhivael> that looks wrong, with our very limited experience with pcie drivers or rk3399 internals :/
<dhivael> the values are such that L1 & L2 == L1, like that it'll probably just not suspend pcie altogether?
<mrjay> PCIE_CLIENT_DEBUG_LTSSM_MASK masks 5 bits of status register
<mrjay> so for example if this 5 bits are 10101 == 10000 it fails
<dhivael> yes, that's clear.
<mrjay> but 10101 & 10000 is ok
<dhivael> but PCIE_CLIENT_DEBUG_LTSSM_L2 = 0x19 and PCIE_CLIENT_DEBUG_LTSSM_L1 = 0x18. it'll detect L1 states as L2 like that
<mrjay> you are right --- my bad
<dhivael> not doubting that it works, just that it actually places the hardware in any kind of sleep state
<mrjay> yeah ... i didn't check PCIE_CLIENT_DEBUG_LTSSM_L2 value ... i assumed that it is BIT()
<dhivael> wouldn't need the masking operation then though
