Give them the pipepline that have the best performance, and they could add the algorithm they want

rperier, I didn't have much time to investigate this issue, however the new logging functions in the stmmac functions provoke a crash on boot when using MiQi devices (RK3288). I don't know if that's a DTS issue from the MiQi side, or something else. Here's the issue https://github.com/Miouyouyou/RockMyy/issues/1 and here's the a patch that comment the newly added phy_attached_info, until I understand why it fails : https://github.com/Miouyouy

Anything that can provide a framebuffer with a picture in it ? :3
<wzyy2>
anything that you can use in gstreamer

Meanwhile, I spent a week trying to understand how to map DRM PRIME File descriptors in user-space (using mmap) on my Radeon 7950 until I understood that no GPU with discrete memory implement the gem_prime_mmap. Only the embedded systems implement it. So, while it fails on Radeon, it worked on my RK3288. Now, I'll be able to focus on mapping the DMA Buffer on the kernel side, and repair this VPU driver on mainline kernels for good.

You could try vpu driver in 4.12, it should work- -
<Myy>
Yeah, I'll give it a shot. Now, I'd like to understand how IOMMU and DMA Buffer mapping work in details, and discuss some things with the #armlinux guys and the devs on the IOMMU mailing lists, in order to see if there's a way to clean up the code and make it as small as possible, by reusing various API that were added between the 4.4 kernel and the 4.13
