dominikh: i've been thinking about a thing, the bot is renamed to something with say an _ after it's name on disconnects, and at the next disconnect it's renamed nick__ and so on, shouldn't it try to rename itself to nick and then try at nick_ and so on?

it's a bug.

we have a state, for how many _ to append when nicks are in use; we don't reset that on a reconnect -> we instantly try with one more _ even if our original nick is free
