Is it possible to generate a .gem with all dependencies included from a gem directory?

yan_: uhh not sure what that even means
<indirect>
tbh
<indirect>
ddd: either do the lookup with mri, check the Gemfile.lock (if you have one) or run DEBUG_RESOLVER=true bundle install and check the output
<ddd>
i found it. I had it listed in my gemspec and didn't realize it
<ddd>
my apologies for the disturbance :)

Who: oh hi
<indirect>
it's fine to ping me here!
<indirect>
it'll probably just take me longer to notice :P
<Who>
ah
<Who>
so are you still reviewing the pull? (isn't it late!)
samphippen has joined #bundler
<indirect>
Who: I got a bit distracted... too many open source things in the middle of being dealt with :P
<Who>
no worries
<Who>
ah
<Who>
I just thought there was something really wrong the pull request (I know it doesn't normally happen but this is my first)
<Who>
that's why you were still up
<Who>
:P
<indirect>
Who: ohhh haha. no. it's only 11:30pm here
<Who>
I see
rjhunter has quit [Remote host closed the connection]
<indirect>
don't despair! I'm just trying to commit things and send pull requests and release new versions of gems and also be sure I am happy with your changes
<indirect>
on the whole, things are looking good for your commits :D
<Who>
I will get better at this, once I send out more PRs over time
<Who>
that's what I am aming for
<Who>
and thanks for the support :D
<indirect>
awesome :D
<indirect>
Who: I'm also happy to review the dependency conflict message improvements as soon as you have them done!
<indirect>
I realize I have not been the fastest with your first patch
<indirect>
sorry about that :P
<indirect>
I am super enthused about it nonetheless

<Who>
indirect: they were done
<Who>
they ended up in my already open PR
<indirect>
Who: did you push them to the same pull?
<indirect>
haha
<indirect>
I see
<indirect>
in the future, just push them to a different branch on your repo
<indirect>
and then you can open a second pull
<indirect>
for now that's fine
<Who>
yeah, I just pushed in master for some reason
<Who>
oh I pushed in master because I thought it might depend on my changes
<indirect>
that makes sense
<indirect>
if you branch from your original pull
<indirect>
and then push to a new branch
<indirect>
and make a pull from that new branch
<indirect>
git is smart enough to merge in order
<indirect>
so I could merge them one at a time
<Who>
didn't know that
<Who>
will remember
<indirect>
cool
<indirect>
like I said, it's not really a big deal
<indirect>
just helpful to keep things straight
<Who>
and in the end, didn't depend on what I had done
<Who>
changes for conflict message*
<indirect>
oh, cool

hi indirect : the issue about hash collisions is that siphash.c in ruby use #if and miss a case , ie Arm little endian with word align . In this case (usual one on arm) most of the code is bypassed (the loop over chars for one)
<prahal>
sadly the page about how to report a rubiy bug is empty today (wiki) , will try anew asap
