<rjeffries> link singular
<rjeffries> no, wpwrak I have not research the license. ;)
<kristianpaul> rjeffries: sure we can run linux on that board, but will be cool on the milkymist soc
<wpwrak> it's also microblaze, i.e., non-free.
<kristianpaul> yeap
<kristianpaul> s/on/use
<kristianpaul> wpwrak: do you know any sofyware for designing antennas?
<kristianpaul> of course free :)
<wpwrak> nothing useful :-( there's some FORTRAN-era stuff out there. don't quite remember what it is called. but i think it's more for questions like "where do i put the antenna mast on my battlecruiser"
<qi-bot> [commit] Xiangfu Liu: new pakcage: csound (BROKEN) (master) http://qi-hw.com/p/openwrt-packages/f500fb2
<xiangfu> wpwrak, I am try to merge all atben code to next release. the mmc driver and atben driver have to build as module. right?
<rejon> wpwrak, can we get ben-wpan to read rfid/nfc?
<wpwrak> nice :)
<wpwrak> rejon:  (rfid, etc.) naw, they all use different frequencies/modulations. a "universal" rf system would be kinda hard to make. even the USRP needs a set of frequency-specific daughterboards to cover most of the "interesting" range. and antennas would be even worse ...
<rejon> ok, just checking
<rejon> i'm meeting with a friend who makes rfid/nfc machines tomorrow in singapore
<rejon> will demo stuff
<wpwrak> ah, cool
<wpwrak> some more RF expertise would always be good :)
<viric> kyak: ?@825B
<viric> kyak: I thought of trying to add some kind of functionality to offrss...
